Part of Maja Petrić's ‘Specimens of Time’ series, this light sculpture preserves the sensory imprint of the Aegean coast. The cube’s interior lightscape mirrors the rhythm of the sea, translating the environmental data into waves of light. When the recorded water temperature rises beyond its normal range, the sculpture slowly shifts toward red, visually echoing the warming of the sea. A living memory in light replaying the atmosphere of a fragile coastline. On view through August 20th.
