A Taste of Our Culture

The culinary style at Scorpios celebrates a union of cultures and moments of togetherness.

Like our music and art programs, our food philosophy thrives on breaking down borders and bringing people together. Rooted in Eastern Mediterranean cooking traditions while braiding in inspirations from around the world, our culinary director Athinagoras Kostakos and his team have developed a distinctive menu that invites sharing and indulging in the present moment.

The Restaurant

As the center stage of the Scorpios agora of social and cultural exchange, the restaurant is the ultimate place of gathering. With its large communal tables, interactive outdoor spaces, and sharing plates, this is the place for relaxed long lunches and alfresco dinners with friends and family. Here, food is a social act rather than simply an act of nourishment.

Service hours: 1:30 pm to 11 pm.

"YOU COME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT YOU’RE EATING AND LAUGHING TOGETHER WITH PEOPLE YOU NEVER MET BEFORE. THESE SHARED FOOD RITUALS HARKEN BACK TO ANCIENT GREEK CULTURE, ENERGIZING THE SOCIAL LIFE AND OPENNESS OF THE MODERN-DAY AGORA AS COMMUNAL BANQUETS DID THEN." — Thomas Heyne
